Endowments and Grants
The mission of the Brampton and Area Community Foundation is to enrich the long-term quality of life in Brampton and its surrounding communities by:
Attracting and effectively growing endowment funds through helping donors fulfil their philanthropic interests.
Providing leadership in identifying and addressing significant community charitable priorities.
The Brampton and Area Community Foundation envisions itself as an independent, philanthropic organization and will be seen as a credible, conservative, sustainable organization that provides an effective vehicle for donors and philanthropists to leave a legacy for the long-term betterment of their community.
By the end of 2008 it will have raised an endowment fund total capable of having provided cumulative grants of $1.5 million and be positioned for realizing an ever-increasing charitable influence in Brampton and its surrounding communities.
